Our services span comprehensive solutions such as brand strategy, analytics & insights, category management, product development, sourcing, quality assurance, and creative design services.
Daymon is hiring for our 2026 Summer Internship Program. This individual will be with us for 10 weeks (June 1st, 2026-August 7th, 2026). Internships provide students with challenging, relevant work experience in their field of interest as well as introduce them to additional career opportunities. Internships may lead to future opportunities within the Company, although there are no guarantees for full-time employment. Internships are offered in the following areas: Sales & Marketing, Category Strategy, Supply Chain, Analytics, and Retail.
Position Summary
The Intern provides day-to-day and project support across multiple groups or business units as required by business needs
Internships provide students with challenging, relevant work experience in their field of interest as well as introduce them to additional career opportunities. Internships may lead to future opportunities within the Company, although there are no guarantees for full-time employment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating insight driven presentations with actionable tactics and strategies; support development of creative presentations with an eye toward story-telling, focused on flow, visualizations and headlines
- Utilize a broad range of data sources, metrics, tools, and analytics to identify trends and build insights
- Demonstrate a student of the business mindset for hands-on learning to develop an understanding around categories, private brands, retailers, and the retail industry
Internship Criteria:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Applicants must be attending any accredited four-year degree-granting institution or an accredited Graduate Master’s or MBA program, in the United States
- Applicants must be rising juniors, rising seniors, or working toward a graduate degree.
- Applicants must be working towards a Business, Business related, or IT major. Some applicable majors are (not an exhaustive list):
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Food Science
- Food Marketing
- Agriculture
- Retail Studies
- Supply Chain
- Logistics
- Applicants need to have a minimum 3.0 GPA
The salary range for this role is $20.00 per hour

Travel and/or Driving Requirements
- Travel to St. Louis is required for two specific weeks:
- Kickoff Week: The week of June 2nd
- Closing Week: The week of August 4th
- Transportation and lodging for these trips will be provided by Advantage Solutions.

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
