We are seeking a dynamic Market Research Manager to be responsible for spearheading insights that fuel growth for our client and business partners. He/she conducts research and establishes a methodology for qualitative and quantitative research projects with to involving consumers, competitors, causal conditions, advertising, economic conditions, distribution and other factors that can influence the sales growth opportunities and effectiveness for the brands we support. In this role, you will work to design research methodology and design format for data gathering, such as surveys, opinion polls and/or questionnaires. Through the strategic interpretation of data and synthesis, you will provide meaningful insights to help business leaders set strategy, implement and measure customer-focused initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Determine purpose and research questions be answered through market research by communicating with client management teams.
- Develop methodology, create surveys and administer the survey to the sample.
- Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, and conferring with management.
- Manage project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
- Determine and quantify primary business opportunities and key drivers by analyzing data.
- Creates insight driven presentations with actionable tactics and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience is required
- 5+ years of experience in Market Research or Data Analytics experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail or supplier preferred
- Intellectually curious, eager to problem solve, and a quick learner
- Experience moderating a focus group a plus
- Experience writing and researching for a business or professional audience
- Strong work ethic and desire to succeed (often with minimal supervision)
