Director, Risk Management

Director, Risk Management leads and partners with field management and operations teams to expertly execute our strategic objectives in the areas of safety, safety culture, compliance, policies/procedures, training, and change management to protect people from injury and safeguard the business from unnecessary risk. This position is responsible for the identification, analysis, evaluation of loss exposures under Advantage Solutions Programs. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert on technical standards and best practices in all areas of food and physical safety. The Director, Risk Management will ensure field operations continues to follow well-designed processes for operational safety and risk management (OSHA & FDA). Additionally, the role will work closely with senior management, Safety and Compliance and other cross-functional departments to ensure that safety and compliance considerations are assessed, developed, and appropriately integrated into their overall strategies.
