Responsibilities:

• Design & Innovate: Develop enterprise architecture strategies that align with business objectives while ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency. You'll create blueprints for the next generation of systems to power the company’s success.

Qualifications/Interests:

• Educational Foundation: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. (We value your technical expertise as the foundation for building our future!)
• Extensive Experience: At least 10 years of hands-on experience in the tech field, with a strong 5+ years dedicated to solution architecture.
• Proven Leadership: You’ve already made a significant impact as a Lead Solution Architect within a large-scale organization, leading transformative projects and pushing technological boundaries.
• Strategic Vision: You have a history of leading tech teams, defining strategic technology directions, and guiding organizations in how to manage and harness the power of technology for long-term success.
• Analytical Expertise: You possess an exceptional ability to dissect complex IT challenges and make informed decisions across a broad spectrum of IT assets, driving impactful results.
• Collaborative Architect: Partner with Domain and other Solution Architects to prepare for Architecture Review Boards, manage Architecture Portfolio, and lead Architecture Assessments—ensuring our strategy is both innovative and executable.
• Metrics-driven: Skilled in developing architecture metrics, creating actionable plans, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve measurable success.
• Hands-On Leadership: Proven track record in leading the design, development, and deployment of large-scale business software solutions, ensuring seamless execution at every stage.
• Tech Infrastructure Expertise: Deep experience in technology infrastructure (network, compute, storage, virtualization) and familiarity with Microsoft technologies (cloud, power platforms, enterprise apps) that drive enterprise success.
• Cloud Mastery: Demonstrated experience in successfully navigating the challenges of migrating systems and workloads to the Cloud, transforming business operations with scalable and secure solutions.
• Change Champion: Experience leading change management and IT transformation programs, guiding organizations through process engineering, and adapting to new technologies.
• Cloud Computing Savvy: An in-depth understanding of cloud computing technologies, overcoming transition challenges, and shaping the future of enterprise IT on the cloud.
• Collaborative Influence: A natural at partnering across teams and influencing decision-making, driving consensus to enable large-scale change.
