Senior Staff Engineer
This is a high-level position, and people selected for this type of job need to have a comprehensive knowledge of software development practices, and they must have mastery overwriting code and debugging code. Engineering at this level will be responsible for leading large-scale engineering initiatives and providing technical leadership across multiple projects.

- Drive strategic engineering initiatives and oversee their execution.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
- Set technical direction and standards for engineering practices.
- Collaborate with senior management to align engineering objectives with business goals.
- Mentor and develop engineering talent within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
Education Level: (Required) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
(Preferred) Masters Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in engineering, with significant leadership experience.
- Proven ability to manage large projects and teams.
- Deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of and adherence to SDLC standards
• Demonstrated ability to interface with collaborative work groups to resolve service issues
• Ability to participate and drive problem resolution and root cause analysis
• Ability to analyze situations and develop solutions
• Strong written and verbal communications skills including the ability to communicate technical and business information to both technical and non-technical people
• Proven ability to establish strong partnerships with customers, vendors and peers
• Must be able to work with a diverse workgroup made up of various cultural backgrounds, both remote and local employees
• Must be able to work both as a team member and independently in multi-tasking fast-paced deadline driven environment
