Stella Artois Perfect Serve Ambassador

We are seeking a Stella Artois Perfect Serve Ambassador to bring the best-in-class quality draught beer experience, the Perfect Serve of Stella Artois, to life in the NYC market with a goal of driving on premise growth of Stella Artois.  As a Stella Artois Perfect Serve Ambassador, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with retail and wholesale stakeholders, executing brand sales and marketing strategies, and engaging consumers to build brand loyalty. Candidates must be highly motivated and results oriented. Responsibilities:

• Routine bar staff trainings (product knowledge, pouring ritual, benefits, etc.) to increase brand visibility on selected on-premise accounts.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and the local wholesaler(s). 
• Sell the “Perfect Serve” program and it’s benefits into select accounts.
• Act as a Stella Artois Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand’s DNA.
• Call on key accounts routinely to ensure programming is executed to standard and identify areas of improvement.
• Conduct sampling activations with various consumer-engaging elements.
• Completion of daily activities through tracking reports and recaps.
• Provide market intelligence on local and regional activities/landscape.
• Achieve and/or exceed monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage local budget & budget reporting/reconciliation.
• Manage program assets – storage, routine inventory reporting and distribution.
• Present market knowledge and results to brand and wholesale partners.

Qualifications:

• Must be of legal drinking age (21+).
• Strong on-trade sales background and experience working with premium adult beverage brands.
• A passion for beer and beer quality with a strong affinity for the Stella Artois brand.
• Driving is an essential function of this job and therefore you must be able to maintain a valid/current driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work 40+ hours per week, including nights and weekends.
• Access to a computer with Microsoft Office and home internet access (Must have Excel and PPT experience).
• Personal smartphone with the ability to communicate/report while in the field. 
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required (focused studies in business, marketing, sales).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
• Flexible and adaptable; Impeccable time management skills.
• Organizational skills to meet weekly deadlines.
