Customer Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Manager to support sales initiatives, build strong retailer relationships, and drive brand success within natural independent stores. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at client interactions, and is committed to ensuring seamless promotional execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with natural independent retailers, ensuring optimal product placement and engagement.
- Drive sales by selling in promotions and presenting new items to store partners.
- Validate in-store events with real-time photo documentation.
- Conduct shelf scanning to ensure product compliance and availability.
- Participate in scheduled client and internal team calls to align on strategy and performance.
- Review promotional contracts for accuracy and submit them to distributors and HQ retail partners.
- Address purchase order (PO) issues and resolve distributor-related concerns efficiently.
- Organize and execute client ride-alongs in the market to enhance brand visibility and store engagement.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of sales or customer management experience in retail or consumer goods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships with clients and retailers.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with natural/organic product sales is a plus.
