The Vice President of Amazon eCommerce serves as the executive leader responsible for setting the strategic direction, vision, and performance of Amazon?focused eCommerce initiatives across key client portfolios. This role provides enterprise?level leadership that drives growth, operational excellence, innovation, and best?in?class execution for clients selling on Amazon. The VP may oversee a major global brand or a high?value portfolio of clients, ensuring all strategic initiatives and revenue goals are achieved.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as executive Amazon SME for enterprise?tier Fortune 100 brands
Develop and own multi?year Amazon and eCommerce strategy
Lead and scale a high?performing Amazon team
- Executive oversight of P&L, revenue, retention, and profitability
- Build strategic client partnerships and drive business expansion
- Oversee operational frameworks, SOPs, and scalable processes
- Lead major Amazon Vendor Negotiations
- Oversee new business pitches and strategic proposals
- Represent the company at industry events
- Drive culture-building and cross?functional collaboration
Skills:
Advanced Excel and analytical skills
Expertise with Amazon tools (Helium10, Keepa, DataHawk, etc.)
Exceptional executive presentation and communication
Strong organizational and strategic thinking capabilities
Proven success managing executive?level client relationships
- Expert influencing, negotiation, and operational leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
- 10–12+ years of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central experience or ex?Amazon leadership
- 10+ years in consumer products, brand management, media, or agency roles
- 5+ years eCommerce experience
- 7+ years of Amazon Advertising experience
- 10+ years people leadership experience
- Fortune 100 experience preferred
- Must reside in Seattle, WA
