Retail Client Services Manager
Job Summary
The Retail Client Services Manager is responsible for driving strong retail execution and serving as a key liaison between retail field teams, internal partners, and client stakeholders. This role ensures compliance to retail standards, supports strategic initiatives, and aligns execution, sales, and client priorities to deliver against business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive retail execution by ensuring compliance across distribution, speed-to-shelf, pricing, planograms, displays, promotions, and point-of-sale placement.
- Identify and resolve in-store execution issues; escalate unresolved barriers with clear, actionable insights.
- Develop and execute sales, promotional, and category growth strategies using data-driven insights.
- Communicate execution status, audit results, and opportunities to clients, headquarters teams, and field leadership.
- Manage client account performance, budgets, and investment strategies to exceed business objectives.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in retail management, client services, or related field.
- Strong retail execution, project management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and client-specific applications.
- Associate degree required.
Work Environment
Primarily office-based with periodic exposure to retail environments. Limited walking, standing, lifting, and travel required.
