WIC Business Manager

The WIC Business Manager is responsible for the overall management and execution of the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program at a single customer account. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of the project team members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Perform, coordinate and lead the execution of the WIC project from planning through implementation.
- Define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business strategy including appropriate resource allocation.
- Provide direction and support to project team members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders. Ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, costs, and meeting plans are communicated and executed consistently with company goals.
- Plan and facilitate project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks. Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.
- Perform increasingly complex interactions with taking ownership and achieve shared business targets.
- Utilize appropriate tools systems and analytics to identify and mitigate risks as well as plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
- Ensure execution of the LAMP framework to identify the most critical initiatives and relationships and work with the team to layout short- and long-term plans to achieve relationships at the appropriate level for the account or assigned category business unit.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5+ years’ experience in project management or business role with responsibility for achieving targeted sales outcomes.
- Track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships
- Ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically
