Product Manager, IT
As the Product Manager, IT, you will be responsible for driving the execution and delivery of IT products and solutions, with a strong focus on backlog ownership, day?to?day delivery, and close partnership with engineering teams, IT vendors, and business stakeholders. This role is highly execution?oriented and requires hands?on involvement in defining requirements, managing priorities, and ensuring consistent delivery of value.
This is a critical replacement role with immediate business impact, requiring minimal ramp time and a strong ability to operate in fast?moving, delivery?focused environments.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization, grooming, and delivery
- Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead and participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies
- Partner closely with engineering teams and external IT vendors
- Translate business and user needs into executable technical requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across IT, vendors, and end users
- Perform hands?on testing and validation of delivered functionality
- Support release management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Drive delivery rigor, ensuring clean backlogs, clear requirements, and on?time execution
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Product Manager experience or comparable product?adjacent IT experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience supporting retail execution or comparable business domains
- Technical fluency enabling effective collaboration with engineers and vendors
- Proven ability to execute with detail, discipline, and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting vendor?integrated SaaS products
- Exposure to AI tools or AI?related certifications
- Background working within a formal Product Management discipline
- Experience in retail technology, CPG technology, field execution platforms, or enterprise SaaS
