Brand Execution Manager
Position Summary
The Brand Execution Manager is responsible for driving new distribution, merchandising, and product sampling within assigned territory accounts. This client-facing role collaborates closely with distributors and suppliers to ensure alignment on strategy and execution while increasing sales growth and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the market expert for assigned client(s)
- Build and maintain relationships with retail owners and managers
- Drive sales growth through new product distribution, pricing features, and displays
- Execute sampling events and promote brand awareness
- Support merchandising efforts across retail locations
- Partner with distributors for daily alignment on priorities
- Provide market intelligence and insights
- Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs
Qualifications
Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience
Experience: 2–4 years in brand building, sales, or consumer goods
Preferred: Experience in beverage alcohol or CPG sales
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Work Environment
This role operates primarily in retail environments with some administrative work. Ability to stand, travel locally, and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs may be required.
