ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR

AMP Agency is searching for a full-time Account Supervisor who thrives in a high energy environment, can deliver the work, and is able to effectively manage and execute cross-channel marketing programs. 

This position requires that the candidate be extremely organized, detail-oriented and highly motivated. The successful candidate will also possess the ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities while managing client expectations, timelines and coordination between various resources. 

The Account Supervisor will act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. This role will also work in close partnership with Strategy, Creative & Production teams to ensure on brief, on budget and on time execution of award-worthy marketing campaigns.

The role will be remote, with light travel throughout the year. A good portion of client contacts work on East Coast time, so flexibility working across time zones is required.

Requirements/Skills:

  • 5-7 years of experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of delivering top-notch multi-channel work
  • Has executed cross-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, mobile, print, email, etc.) 
  • Experience with still and video production
  • Ability to consistently produce results while meeting deadlines and juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, both as an individual contributor and as an individual in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, initiate change, and collaborate across groups
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to make oral presentations
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Asana, and Google Drive
  • Creative self-starter with strong relationship and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of analytics, tracking and KPIs for client business
  • Able to work with third-party properties, agencies, suppliers and media organizations


Responsibilities:

  • Guide the day-to-day management of assigned accounts by working effectively with a cross-departmental team to deliver top-notch work, while managing internal and client expectations
  • Direct all aspects of client business from strategy through execution with attention to quality and detail and the foresight to identify (and circumvent) potential red flags
  • Directly manage program execution, timeline & budget management and post promotional reporting in accordance with company systems and processes.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership, channel expertise and strategic integration with client agency partners.
  • Communicate and interact effectively with cross-departmental internal teams, clients and/or external agency partners to deliver timely client decisions and approvals.
  • Deeply understand, appreciate and influence brand insights, customer segmentation, and target needs to assist in the development of thoughtful and strategic marketing plans and executions
  • Professionally manage client feedback, direction and expectations that result in trust-based client relationships and YOY revenue growth
  • Provide accurate financial management of client business from scoping to forecasting and budget reconciliation
  • Deliver effective oral presentations (over the phone and in person) with poise and confidence
