Analyst, Strategy & Execution
The Analytics Strategy & Execution team focuses on the strategic, innovative, and execution-oriented application of advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and data science to drive measurable retail performance and client outcomes. Operating at the intersection of advanced analytics, client strategy, and retail execution, the team ensures analytics-enabled insights translate into actionable decisions across in-store, omnichannel, and commercial environments.
The Analyst, Strategy & Execution role supports analytics-driven execution by preparing data, producing reports, and conducting foundational analyses. This position contributes to established analytics processes that support business and client outcomes while building technical expertise and business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and datasets to support analytics deliverables and execution tracking
- Execute established analytics processes and reporting routines accurately and within required timelines
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and issue identification to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Support ad hoc analytical requests under the guidance of senior analysts and managers
- Assist in the development of internal and client-facing presentations, documentation, and insights summaries
Qualifications
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience Requirements: 2–4 years experience in analytics, business, or related field
- Travel requirement: No travel requirements
Supervisor Responsibility
- Direct Reports: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
- Indirect Reports: Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Foundational data analysis and reporting skills
- Experience using spreadsheet, reporting, and business intelligence tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Understanding of business analytics processes and reporting methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Environmental & Physical Requirements
Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
