Employee Relations Partner I

The Employee Relations Partner I serves as an entry-level professional within the Employee Relations team, responsible for supporting day-to-day employee relations activities and managing Tier 1 workplace investigations. This role is designed for individuals developing their expertise in employee relations and provides a foundational experience in handling routine and lower-complexity matters.
Responsibilities
Conduct Tier 1 investigations by performing initial fact finding and resolving straightforward workplace concerns and termination recommendations independently and with guidance as appropriate
Serve as point of contact for employee relations inquiries received via phone, email, or ticketing systems and escalate complex matters to senior partners as appropriate
Maintain accurate documentation of employment actions and investigation outcomes within case management systems to support compliance and reporting
Provide administrative support including preparing standard separation agreements and coordinating final pay processes
Qualifications
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred)
Experience Requirements: 2–4 years experience in relevant field (Human resources or employee relations experience preferred)
Travel requirement: No travel requirements
Supervisor Responsibility
Direct Reports: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
Indirect Reports: Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
