Regional Manager, Retail Execution
The Retail Operations Manager leads a regional retail organization, overseeing multiple territories or districts to deliver consistent execution, strong performance outcomes, and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for managing managers and/or large teams, optimizing retail coverage models, and ensuring client KPIs are met across a broader geography.
In addition to execution oversight, this role owns talent development, financial performance (budget/P&L), and client relationship management, while driving implementation of company strategy and identifying growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
- Operational leadership:
- Oversees retail execution across a region, ensuring consistent delivery of client KPIs
- Optimizes routing, coverage models, and execution efficiency
- People and organizational development:
- Leads multi-layered teams; drives performance management, individual development plans, and succession planning
- Builds talent pipelines and integrates external hires into the organization
- Business and financial management:
- Manages budgets, operating income, and expense controls for assigned region
- Identifies and drives opportunities for organic growth and new business
- Client partnership management:
- Serves as primary contact for retail clients within region and ensures alignment to goals and expectations
- Strategic execution and change leadership:
- Implements national programs and strategic initiatives within region
- Leads change efforts to drive consistency and improved performance outcomes
Qualifications

Supervisor Responsibility
Direct Reports: Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources
Indirect Reports: May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Deep understanding of retail execution models across multiple territories, including coverage models, routing efficiency, and labor allocation
- Knowledge of how to scale consistent execution across regions
- Strong knowledge of performance management processes including calibration, individual development plans, and succession planning
