Senior Scheduling Administrator
This is a remote Senior Scheduling Administrator role primarily responsible for managing scheduling activities with third-party staffing agencies that support field-based events, demonstrations, brand ambassador programs, and retail merchandising initiatives. The position serves as a liaison between internal business teams and external staffing vendors, ensuring jobs are appropriately staffed and performance expectations, vendor performance, staffing fulfillment, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:
- Manage staffing requests with third-party workforce vendors.
- Match agencies to projects based on geography and staffing capabilities.
- Monitor agency staffing fulfillment and performance.
- Maintain and build vendor relationships.
- Conduct agency performance oversight.
- Set expectations for corrective actions, communicate performance concerns.
- Address service issues and staffing concerns.
- Manage agencies in conjunction with corresponding with issues regarding statutory safety and training compliance issues, wage and rate issues (Compensation), associate claims and performance management.
Qualifications:
- 2 – 4 years of experience administrative, lead capacity.
- Ability to work effectively with management
- Excellent problem-solving ability; mathematical and analytical ability
- Strong initiative and self-directed, ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Good organization, prioritizing and follow up skills
- Time management.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy level.
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills; must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills
