Job Title: Associate Space and Assortment

Key Responsibilities
- Manage timelines across multiple concurrent projects
- Analyze data and run tests/prototypes to identify business opportunities, and recommend solutions and action plans based on findings
- Use company- and customer-provided tools to support project needs, drive sales, and meet objectives
- Understand customer strategies, continuously evaluate efficiencies, and recommend innovative solutions to strengthen customer relationships
- Maintain and update data in relevant systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
Supervisory Responsibilities
This role has no direct or indirect supervisory/mentoring responsibilities.
Travel Requirements
Travel and driving are not essential functions of this role.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of experience in merchandising and planogram development
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Merchandising background with experience/knowledge of planogram or floorplan software
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint) preferred
- Basic data analysis skills a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Work Environment
Primarily office-based/sedentary. Requires the ability to sit for extended periods (66%+ of the workday), use a telephone, enter data on a computer, and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
