Retail Supervisor | Lead a Team, Grow Your Career

You'll coach and motivate a team of merchandising associates, build real relationships with retail managers and brand partners, and see the direct results of your leadership in sales. What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team. Coach associates, set clear expectations, and help them hit their goals.
• Make stores shine. Run store audits and make sure products are stocked, signed, faced, and set to schematic.
• Build relationships. Be the trusted point of contact for clients and store teams, and schedule work appointments.
• Partner with the business. Work alongside Business Development Managers, Brands, and Retail Managers to hit shared targets.
• Manage your budget. Keep expenses in line with your team's budget.
• Keep things moving. Stay on top of communication and admin so your team always knows what's next.

What You Bring

• 4 years of retail experience, including 2 years supervising others
• A knack for motivating people and a competitive streak
• Strong written and verbal communication
• The ability to juggle shifting priorities and tight deadlines without dropping the details
• Comfort with Microsoft Office
• An Associate's degree is a plus, but not required if you have the experience
